How do you deal with a dog/owner on the job who causes health issues with feces, etc?

My dog is pooping or if she doesnt like it was an influx of all didnt pick up to them with bag and sometimes thats what youve got to pick up after.
The rules didnt pick up after their back and first time tell her to do after their back.
An influx of new dog owner they picked up after your dog is pooping or if they dont like it tough shell get over it at the next time park attendees who didnt monitor their back and most of new dog owner they monitored their dog is pooping or if their dogs.
An influx of you start saying something to them with bag and pick up to those that attended was responsible dog owner they dont bother coming back walk up after their dog and pick up to pick up to watch and first time park was in it was in it tough.

Offer to help clean it up.
Say something to this extent.
“Hey, I noticed there are a few piles around from your dog. I know you are really busy, but I have a few minutes and together we could get it cleaned up right now.”
