Is it a wise idea to ever let a dog drink out of the toilette?

The germs in there there is chemical residue from cleaning the toilet if they really want their dog to get cold water in his bowl.

My dog drink out of what we do on the toliet why dont you just have fresh bowl of what we do on the doggie.

don’t. let your dog drink from his own bowl. a good way to prevent your dog from using the toilet is to use a spray bottle or squirt gun on him/her when he does it. the mild, surprising squirt will serve as a negative reinforcement so that your dog doesn’t repeat the behavior. introduce the bowl concept to your dog with water and ice cubes.

My dog drinks out of the toilet all the time and he hasn’t gotten sick. Don’t worry if he does get sick it’s probobly not from the toilet.
