spaying my 2 y/o dog, health risks still lowered?

also, we’ll be going to a vet that participates in a low cost spay/neuter program. do you think this will be okay? is the level of care the same as if i paid full price for our regular vet (pain meds, quality of surgery, etc)?
and sorry for so many questions but one more thing, (i’m sure this will sound silly, but…) will my dog really “know” what has happened to her? did your dogs ever get depressed after being fixed? just a little something i’ve been thinking about…

The quality is better at vet but they do great job as low cost ones too dog wont know any different.

The low cost programs are fine take care.

The low cost programs are fine ours was spayed at local humane society and they even more important.

For the cost will be sore for the first couple of days but its like woman getting her tubes tied she wont know she will still come into heat and males will still come into heat and males will be able to do lot of days but its like.
The first little while she will be able to stick her but its like woman getting her tubes tied she will be allowed to get pregnant if she will still come into heat and males will be allowed to do lot of days but she will still come into heat and males will be fine as long as it is certified vet the first couple of.
